Terms of Service

HalfSquad is a tool for managing recreational league rosters, invites, match replies, pickup spots and payment tracking. HalfSquad is not the organiser of any league or match.

You're responsible for your league: its schedule, venue, prices, who is on your squad list and how you communicate with players. Only add mobile numbers of people who expect to hear from your league.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually by Interac e-Transfer. Free trials, plan limits and pricing are shown in the app. If a subscription isn't paid after the grace period, the league may move to the Free plan with reduced features.

Use your own mobile number and email, and keep your details accurate. Match replies and pickup requests should reflect your real plans.

Season passes and pickup fees are paid directly to the organiser by e-Transfer. HalfSquad does not process, hold or refund these payments. Refunds and disputes are between the player and organiser.

Recreational sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for following your league's and venue's rules.

Don't misuse HalfSquad: no spam, impersonation, attempts to access other leagues' data, or unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts or leagues that break these terms.

We work to keep HalfSquad reliable, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, HalfSquad isn't liable for indirect losses, missed matches or disputes between organisers and players, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms and will post changes here. You can stop using HalfSquad at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
